Due diligence for smaller companies
We also provide a due diligence service that is aimed at the more knowledgeable buyer and/or the smaller transactions. We call this service; DD light. The reporting standard we facilitate is not as formal as a full due diligence nor is the approach as in-depth. This service is suitable for less complex target companies with a turnover less than 10 MSEK where the buyer also will become the manager.
Our DD light service comes with an affordable price together with a lower degree of assurance.
